Return & Refund Policy

Note: This policy applies to physical apparel products only. Digital products are non-refundable. See our Digital Product Policy.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on apparel items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided:

  • The item is unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags are still attached
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The item was not marked as a final sale item

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Digital products (see Digital Product Policy)
  • Gift cards

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@dinaus.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package your item securely and ship it to the address provided.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Size Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability. Contact us within 14 days to request an exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping; DINA will ship the replacement free of charge for US orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
